Installation notes: shower panels
Shower panels combine overhead, handheld, and body-jet function in a single fixture mounted against a single wall. They are the right answer for compact bathrooms and hotel rooms where a conventional three-outlet concealed system would overspecify the plan.
Wall requirements
A shower panel transfers all of its load to two or three fixing points. Solid masonry is ideal. Plasterboard installations need correctly rated backing — fixing directly into plasterboard is not acceptable for this fixture family.
Rough-in
Hot and cold at 150 mm centres, finished flush to the tile. The panel covers the inlet connections, so the alignment tolerance at the wall face is unusually tight — follow the supplied template and do not improvise.
Sealing the panel to the wall
Use neutral-cure silicone around the top and sides of the panel, leaving the bottom edge open so any condensation or slow leak is visible and drains to the tray rather than being trapped behind the panel.
Commissioning
Run the overhead, handheld, and body jets in sequence, confirm the diverter holds each position, and document the commissioning flow rate for each outlet on the handover sheet.
Finish and spare parts
Every panel in our range is finished to match the faucet and accessory library, so a hotel operator can order replacement components without a finish audit.
