1. About VALA

VALA is a brand of EBA Banyo Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., a company incorporated in Türkiye. We design and manufacture bathroom fixtures — faucets, showers, ceramics, furniture, toilet seats, and flush mechanisms — at our facility in Istanbul, serving distributors, hotel groups, developers, and contract specifiers in more than 42 countries.

2. Nature of the Site

The Site is an informational and B2B-oriented platform. It presents our product range, technical documentation, catalogues, and company information. The Site is not an e-commerce store — product prices, orders, and sales are handled through direct communication with our trade team, distributors, or authorized partners.

Requests for samples, quotes, or catalogues submitted via the Site are processed as commercial inquiries, not as binding contracts.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. The Site targets trade professionals, distributors, specifiers, and informed adult consumers. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these criteria.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, images, photography, videos, product designs, logos, trademarks, graphics, layout, code, and product names such as Quadra, Dora, Carre, Hera, Toledo, Vichy, Gala, Fauda — is the exclusive property of EBA Banyo Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. or its licensors, and is protected by Turkish, European, and international intellectual property laws.

You may view, download catalogues, and print pages for your personal, non-commercial reference or for legitimate B2B evaluation. Any other use — including commercial republication, modification, or use as a basis for competing products — is strictly prohibited.

6. Product Information

We strive to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, and finish representations are accurate. However:

• Finish colours and materials may differ slightly from screen rendering
• Technical specifications may be updated without notice due to continuous improvement
• Product availability varies by market and is subject to minimum order quantities
• All commercial terms (pricing, lead time, MOQ, delivery) are confirmed in writing via our trade team

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. valapipes.com, YouTube, WhatsApp, social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these external sites. Access them at your own discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VALA and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VALA, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date indicates the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice on the Site.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by the courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, where applicable.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced by an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
